Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the services and digital products offered by A&G Business Solutions ("A&G", "we", "us") through www.agmbusinessgroup.com, our forms, and our payment links. By purchasing or paying for a service, you agree to these Terms and to the signed service agreement for the service you purchased (the "Service Agreement"). If these Terms and your Service Agreement conflict, the Service Agreement controls.

1) Services

A&G provides administrative business services, including business entity registration (LLC / Corporation) and bookkeeping services. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for each client are defined in the approved proposal and the signed Service Agreement. Bookkeeping services are quoted individually after an evaluation of your business.

2) What A&G does not do

• A&G is not a law firm, a CPA firm, or a tax preparer, and is not authorized to represent clients before the IRS.

• A&G does not provide legal or tax advice.

• If you need a tax return prepared, A&G may refer you to an independent tax preparer. That preparer is solely responsible for the tax services they provide; you contract with them directly.

3) Ordering, approval, and changes

• Services begin only after you accept the approved scope and price, sign the Service Agreement, and complete payment.

• Requests to change the scope or terms, special services, and legal or tax questions are reviewed by a person at A&G. No new or modified condition is accepted automatically; any change is valid only if A&G confirms it in writing.

4) Payments

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. A&G does not store your full card details.

• Government fees, registered agent fees, and other third-party costs are separate from A&G's fees unless your Service Agreement states otherwise.

• Payment terms (amounts, installments, due dates) are set out in your Service Agreement.

5) Cancellations and refunds

• LLC / Corporation registration: you may cancel within 2 days after payment, only if the process has not started, and receive a refund. Once we have received your information and payment, the process begins and cannot be cancelled. Filings are normally submitted the next business day after we receive your complete information; once submitted, no refund is possible (state fees and service fees are non-refundable).

• Other services (including Bookkeeping): cancellations follow the terms of your Service Agreement.

• Digital products (for example, guides, templates, or downloadable files): no refunds after delivery, unless the product is defective or cannot be accessed. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the product or issue a refund.

6) Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documents. A&G is not responsible for delays, rejections, or penalties caused by incorrect or late information, or by decisions of government agencies.

7) Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, A&G's total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the A&G fees you paid for that service. A&G is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8) Privacy

We use your information only to provide the services you requested and to communicate with you about them. We do not sell your information. See our Privacy Policy at https://agmbusinessgroup.com/en/privacy

Confidentiality. We keep the documents and information you provide confidential and securely stored, use them only to deliver your service, and share them only with necessary service providers, state agencies, or the independent tax preparer when you authorize it. We never sell them, and at the end of the service we return or delete them on request, subject to legal retention requirements.

9) Communications

We communicate in English or Spanish by email from contacto@agmbusinessgroup.com. Electronic signatures and electronic communications have the same validity as written ones.

10) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States of America. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Clark County, Nevada.

11) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
